As federal, state, and local governments take steps to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, it’s understandable that you may be worried about your financial security—and our ability to continue to oversee your accounts. We wanted to provide some reassurance about our business continuity and that of Commonwealth Financial Network®, the firm we partner with to better serve you.
What We’re Doing
We are actively monitoring the situation and taking steps to ensure the health and well-being of our staff. We are closing our office lobby effective Monday, March 23. We are using technology, including phone calls and videoconferencing, to allow us to continue our daily interactions during this unprecedented time.
Rest assured, we are here for you every step of the way.
What Commonwealth Is Doing
Commonwealth likewise is reinforcing everyday preventative actions (e.g., frequent handwashing, social distancing) and following guidance from the CDC and WHO to ensure a healthy office environment for its employees. The firm prides itself on having the infrastructure to support remote work and does not anticipate any operational disruption in its Waltham and San Diego offices.
