2022 WALK TO DEFEAT ALS RAPID CITY - held Saturday, July 23, 2022 @ Old Storybook Island
Thank you for making the 2022 South Dakota Walk to Defeat ALS a success! Almost 400 walkers came together on a beautiful and breezy Saturday morning in Rapid City and Sioux Falls. The total raised is just over $97,000 of our $147,500 dollar goal. We are so thankful for all you! This incredible result is only possible because of you. The time and energy you spent sending emails and letters, hosting events and fundraisers of your own, and otherwise elevating ALS awareness was truly inspiring. The support you generated will enhance the quality of care to the ALS community throughout the region while helping contribute to greater steps in ALS research designed to unlock new treatments that can lead to a cure. Many of you walk in honor of memory of a loved one or friend. Others walk to make a difference in the fight.
